We are a full service, digital agency, founded in 2019, who specialise in all forms of digital marketing, along with producing WordPress websites. Our clients vary between sole traders, right the way up to PLC.

We are seeking a skilled and creative Website Designer & Developer who is proficient in HTML, CSS, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to build and maintain functional, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing websites. This role is primarily office-based, but we offer flexible hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces. Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives. Ensure websites are responsive, optimised for various devices, and meet best practices for usability and accessibility. Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies. Collaborate with the SEO team, to ensure best practices are followed Provide other design services, such as brochures, social media graphics, logos and design for print solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Website Designer & Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS. Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme customisation and plugin integration. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. Familiarity with basic SEO principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A portfolio showcasing your web design and development work.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
