Key Responsibilities

Website & Landing Page Development

Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages with a strong focus on user experience and conversion optimization. Implement SEO best practices and ensure sites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and mobile devices.

Digital Marketing Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Develop and test marketing funnels, retargeting strategies, and lead-generation initiatives. Monitor performance analytics and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

Python & AI Application

Utilize Python to create automation scripts, data pipelines, and performance dashboards for campaign management and reporting. Integrate AI tools and frameworks to enhance personalization, automate marketing tasks, and improve campaign efficiency. Apply predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to support decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design and campaign efforts with organizational objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in

web design and development

, with a portfolio of completed projects. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing strategies

, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Proficiency in

Python

for automation, data analysis, and AI integration. Experience with

AI-powered tools and platforms

(e.g., chatbots, personalization engines, advanced analytics). Solid understanding of

UX/UI principles

, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advertising platforms. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with

marketing automation systems

(HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign). Knowledge of

graphic and UI design software
