As a Wedding Planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable and seamless weddings for our clients. Your expertise will guide couples through the planning process, ensuring that every detail aligns with their vision. Duties
Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day.
Develop comprehensive wedding plans that include timelines, vendor selections, and budget management.
Coordinate with various vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and venues to ensure all elements are in place.
Manage logistics on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or requests from clients and attendees.
Upsell additional services or products that enhance the overall wedding experience for clients.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the planning process to keep them informed and engaged.
Utilise time management skills to balance multiple weddings simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Skills
