Gisburne Park Estate is one of the Ribble Valley's most breathtaking wedding destinations, set on 1,000 acres of private land along the River Ribble and Stock Beck. With our iconic sail-tent, luxury accommodation sleeping over 200 guests, and exclusive access to our 10-acre valley, we host some of the most memorable weddings and celebrations in the North of England.

We are seeking a driven, organised, and creative

Wedding Coordinator

to support our rapidly growing wedding business. We require 16 hours initially but this is expected to increase.

Role Overview



This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, confident with clients, and passionate about weddings and luxury hospitality.

You will focus primarily on

marketing, sales, and administration

, helping couples discover Gisburne Park Estate, guiding them through the booking process, and ensuring seamless communication throughout their planning journey.

This is a part-time, flexible role starting at

16 hours per week

, with potential for additional hours during peak seasons or event weeks.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Promotion



Manage and update wedding content across our website, social media platforms, and brochures. Respond to online enquiries and messages promptly, maintaining our warm and premium tone of voice. Assist in producing marketing materials, including photos, videos, reels, and copywriting. Schedule and monitor social media posts, campaigns, and collaborations. Develop relationships with photographers, florists, planners, and other recommended suppliers.

Sales & Client Relations



Handle all initial wedding enquiries and convert leads into bookings. Conduct guided estate tours for prospective couples and showcase our venues (sail-tent, valley, accommodation, cottages, etc.). Issue quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations. Maintain excellent client communication from first contact to handover. Track sales data, enquiry levels, booking patterns, and follow-up schedules.

Administration & Coordination



Maintain accurate booking records, calendars, schedules, and CRM systems. Organise site visits, supplier meetings, and planning sessions. Prepare contracts, invoices, and essential documents. Work closely with the Estate Management team to ensure smooth operations. Support wedding-day logistics when required (optional additional hours).

Skills & Experience



Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, sales, or marketing (preferred but not essential). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident with Instagram/TikTok content, email marketing, and CRM systems. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Warm, friendly, and professional client-facing manner. A passion for weddings, luxury brands, and creating unforgettable experiences.
