Part-Time Wedding Coordinator
to join our warm and dedicated team. This is a maternity cover with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the team.
About the Role:
As a Wedding Coordinator at Hidden Oaks, you'll play a vital role in helping couples enjoy one of the most important days of their lives. From preparations the day before to the final dance, you'll provide expert guidance, support, and coordination to ensure every wedding runs seamlessly and joyfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet our wedding venue manager and couples to understand their vision and needs
Coordinate with suppliers and couples in the lead-up to the big day
Be the main point of contact before, during and after weddings to ensure everything runs smoothly
Work collaboratively with our in-house and external teams
Carry out marketing activity, including social media
What We're Looking For:
Experience in event or wedding coordination preferred
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Friendly, professional, and attentive to detail
Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
A genuine love for weddings and hospitality
Over 18 years old (due to bar work)
