We're excited to offer a rare opportunity to join the team at Netley Hall as a Wedding Coordinator!
This role is for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of a longer term role.
About the Role:
As a Wedding Coordinator at Netley Hall, you will be the main point of contact for our couples from the moment they book through to their big day. You'll guide them through the planning process, liaise with suppliers, oversee setup, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day itself.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the event journey, from the moment they book, through to seamless on the day execution.
Provide support and guidance to couples throughout their journey
Liaise with suppliers, registrars, and the wider venue team
Update timelines and prepare run sheets for each wedding, which will be used by you and your colleagues.
Manage on the day logistics to ensure smooth execution of the event, including setup.
Work occasionally into the evenings, weekends, and public holidays (as required by wedding dates).
Meet clients & Handle planning meetings
Assist the General Manager & Wedding Manager with conducting show rounds and the sales process
Work closely with the Wedding Manager to ensure client satisfaction and delivering a smooth and memorable wedding experience.
About You:
Previous experience in wedding or events coordination is preferred but full training will be given
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and different wedding packages simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest services and client satisfaction.
Time management skills that allow for effective prioritisation of tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
You're someone who enjoys a busy, hands on environment and physically capable of being on your feet throughout the day, helping bring each wedding to life.
Confident, passionate, presentable and take pride in your role.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills, including the ability to manage detailed documentation, maintain accurate records, and stay organised while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
