Your Role:
As our Weddings Sales Manager, you will:
Engage with Prospective Couples:
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with couples from their initial inquiry to their big day.
Drive Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies for you and your team to meet and exceed targets.
Showcase Our Venue:
Conduct tours and highlight the unique features and benefits of our venue.
Venue Planning:
Work closely with your couples and our events team to ensure seamless planning and execution of weddings.
Innovate:
Bring fresh ideas to enhance our wedding offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You Bring:
Sales Savvy:
Proven experience in wedding sales and management in a weddings venue.
People Skills:
Outstanding management, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for Sales:
A genuine love for weddings, a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to sell more weddings.
Systems Savvy:
You are very comfortable and familiar with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Marketing Savvy:
Aware of "what works" on social media and capable of planning ad campaigns that will target our couples and promote our venue above others.
