Job Description

Overseeing bar stock control, preparing for shifts ahead Ensuring the company culture behind the bar with strong team work Knowledge in the areas of floor management, licensing and health and safety Build relationships with all employees and use these to guide and motivate them towards delivering unforgettable experiences Supporting the operations manager. and wedding coordinators Accept that the priorities of the business can change with little to no notice and maintain a flexible yet consistent and positive attitude regardless of the situation Other duties as assigned. Making sure the venue areas are kept to a high standard. Running food service and making sure the evening food is being presented to a high standard. Making sure the Bride and Grooms expectations are being met for their special day. Liaising with Night porters to make sure all duties are carried out to a high standard. Overseeing laundry stock control. Making sure bar targets are being achieved and get involved in training the team to upsell.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
