We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious event space in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the venue's overall standards of excellence. Responsibilities



Oversee the smooth operation of the venue during events and daily activities, ensuring high standards of service and safety. Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, providing expert guidance on venue layout, services, and logistics. Ensure all aspects of guest services are delivered seamlessly, addressing any issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction. Maintain the venue's cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in line with brand standards. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing necessary procedures. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, catering, and other event requirements. Handle administrative duties such as budgeting, reporting, and maintaining booking records.

Requirements



Proven management experience within the hospitality or events industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, staff, and external partners. Knowledge of guest services principles and best practices in hospitality management. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail. Previous experience managing a venue or similar facility is highly desirable. Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: 28,000.00-42,500.00 per year
