Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Healthcare Worker/Support Worker to join our expanding team, providing care to the Folkestone, Hythe, Romney Marsh and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to clients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Full training will be provided.

Availability

We offer a flexible approach, where you can work around your home life, or other work commitments.

Duties:

Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing. Support individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and overall health. Light domestic duties. Communicate effectively with individuals and their families to understand their needs and preferences. Follow care plans meticulously to ensure that all client requirements are met. Document client progress and any changes in their condition accurately. Companionship.

Experience:

Previous experience preferred but not essential. Full training provided. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with patients and team members. Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is an advantage. A valid driving licence essential.
