We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented caseworker to join our team and support people across Flintshire who are facing complex welfare benefits issues.
As a Welfare Benefits Caseworker, you'll help clients navigate benefit systems, challenge decisions, and access the support they're entitled to. From initial advice to tribunal representation, you'll play a key role in improving lives during difficult times.

About the Role
As a Welfare Benefits Caseworker, you'll deliver expert advice and casework to clients across Flintshire. Primarily, you'll work from our offices and outreach locations, providing support through face-to-face appointments, telephone, digital channels and email.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Delivering advice and casework on a wide range of benefit issues
Supporting clients to complete benefit applications, request reconsiderations, and prepare appeals
Representing clients at tribunal where needed
Carrying out benefit checks and helping clients to maximise income
Managing your own caseload and maintaining high-quality case records
Working closely with colleagues and external agencies
Contributing to research and campaign work using client insight
