Job Description

As a key member of our Health and Wellbeing team, you'll be instrumental in delivering outstanding care to all our students. You'll support students in both their residential homes and the Health Centre, assisting with basic ailments like headaches and colds, and knowing when to refer them to our on-site GP and nursing staff. A vital part of your role will be to effectively communicate between external NHS services, our internal health teams, and families to ensure a seamless continuity of care. You'll also be responsible for escorting students to external medical appointments regularly.

Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support the dayto-day running of our Wellbeing Centre in a professional, confidential, and compassionate manner. We're looking for someone who is adaptable and flexible, able to respond to the changing needs of the Centre and our students. Given our boarding school environment, flexibility with working hours is essential to ensure an adult is always present to support our students.
