We're looking for someone who's confident, detail-focused, and passionate about guiding clients through the estate planning process. You'll be based in a collaborative office environment (so you're never alone!) with the autonomy to manage your own caseload and workflow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Draft Wills of varying complexity, Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents with clarity and professionalism. Speak with clients and partners over the phone and in writing, offering reassurance, advice, and excellent customer care throughout each case. Manage an active and consistent caseload, working efficiently to progress each matter to completion. Keep accurate client records, ensure compliance is spot-on, and always work to the highest regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

Solid, demonstrable experience in drafting Wills, advising on Trusts, LPAs, and general estate planning matters. Experience handling a caseload from start to finish - you're confident running things without constant supervision. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting it right, every time. A problem-solver who loves helping people and can build trust quickly over the phone or face-to-face. Great time management - you know how to prioritise and juggle multiple cases without dropping the ball.
