Summary



We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installer (or a motivated trainee) to join our dynamic team in the UK. Based out of our Huddersfield branch, you will play a vital role in installing windows and doors that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability for our clients, supporting our mission to create a greener future. Our installation team works on cutting-edge, low-energy new builds and retrofits, using advanced methods that are at the forefront of the industry. In fact, our team has installed windows and doors in the most airtight home in the UK.

Responsibilities



Install high-performance windows and doors according to project specifications and safety standards nationwide. Remove existing windows and doors using hand and power tools. Delivering airtight, weathertight installations that improve energy efficiency. Identifying and resolving any issues to deliver an excellent finished installation. Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all health and safety regulations. Assist in the quality inspection of completed installations.
What we're looking for:

Essential:

Joinery skills with experience fitting windows and doors Proven experience in window and door installation or related construction roles. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of construction schematics is a plus. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills. Physical fitness to handle installation tasks. Full Uk driving license.
Desirable:

Joinery qualification CSCS, PASMA. MTC Bench or onsite joinery experience
Trainees: If you have a solid foundation in joinery or construction work and the right attitude, we'll support your development with training and mentoring.
