You will be responsible for installing and maintaining UPVC windows and composite doors across our housing portfolio in Gloucestershire. Working in customers' homes, you'll deliver high-quality work, diagnose issues, carry out repairs, and ensure every installation meets Bromford's safety and quality standards.
You'll play a key role in improving the comfort and security of our customers' homes, working independently while being fully supported by a trusted and friendly trades team.
What We're Looking For
A confident all-round tradesperson with proven experience installing UPVC windows and composite doors
Ideally holds an
MTC Installers Card
(desirable, not essential)
Brings additional skills such as carpentry, plastering, tiling or basic plumbing (desirable)
Has the flexibility to manage varied workloads and diagnose installation issues effectively
Can confidently use a PDA, digital tablet or mobile device
Provides excellent customer service and communicates clearly with customers and colleagues
Works comfortably within a social housing environment
Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to deliver high-quality work without close supervision
Additional Requirements
A full, clean driving licence
Successful completion of an
enhanced DBS check
(required due to the nature of the role)

: 34,612.80 per year, with an annual salary review
