Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all windows are left sparkling clean. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. 25+ with a valid driving licence is essential for this position as you will be travelling to various locations.

Responsibilities

Clean windows at residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve the best results while maintaining safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Drive to various job sites, ensuring punctuality and reliability in attendance. Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional conduct and communication. Use of you smart phone to find jobs. Must feel comfortable working alone as we mainly have single crewed vans. Meeting daily targets while maintaining high standards is essential. Must be happy working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. A valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physically fit, as the role may require climbing ladders and working at heights, also a lot of walking.
