Responsibilities of the
Technical Support Advisor

  • Taking Inbound calls (approximately 20-40 a day).
  • Using the systems and diagnostic tools provided, you will walk the customer through said query with the view of fixing that issue the first time.
  • Use effective questioning to ensure all possible problem-solving steps have been taken to fix the customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue.


  • You will navigate through multiple systems whilst talking to the customer, so multitasking and computer literacy is key for this role.
  • It\xe2\x80\x99s not always easy. Sometimes customers can be frustrated that they\xe2\x80\x99ve lost connection or have ongoing issues. It\xe2\x80\x99ll be your job to calm the customer and fix the problem.
  • Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you\xe2\x80\x99ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.


To be a successful
Technical Support Advisor:


It\xe2\x80\x99s not about having lots of experience in technical support, customer service, or a contact centre: We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, if you\xe2\x80\x99re great at building rapport and trust, showing empathy and resilience, and can approach a problem with logical thinking, then you are the right person for this role

  • Fully Flexible to work shifts between 7:45am - 9pm Between Monday to Friday and between 7:45am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts will be fixed once training and graduation period completed.
  • Thrive on being part of a team, whilst also working on your own initiative as required


  • Quiet Workspace at home with the ability to be able to connect to your internet router with an ethernet cable (ethernet cable provided)
  • Up to date smart phone - IOS 14 or above / Android 10 or above.
We require 100% attendance to training to ensure you are fully prepared for your role. If there are any instances of absence or you do not attend the training programme fully, this can lead to early probation review.
