Summary

We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our dynamic team . As working foreman you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely and to our high standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate your team onsite, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance. Manage team performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Report project progress and challenges to senior management. Implement best practices in construction methods and techniques. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.

Requirements

Ability to work away from home. Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in the construction industry and groundwork sector. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to supervise a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read drawings Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.

Pay

Negatable depending on experience.
