Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager (Workplace Lead) to join our Facilities Management team at our head office in Waterloo. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 0800 and 1800.

Key Activities:

  • Reporting to the Contract Manager
  • Work closely with the FM Contract Manager and any client representatives in managing the service delivery across Becket House
  • Responsible for the delivery of day to day Hard and Soft FM operational services to meet the highest standards of customer service and excellence in the areas of Cleaning, Front of House/Meetings and Reception, Helpdesk and M&E delivery
  • Work with the various teams to lead a culture and ethos of continuous improvement
  • Ensure the effective management of staff working on the contract, including the management of all associated subcontractors
  • Monitor expenditure and income within agreed budgets, to maximise profitability of operations
  • Lead in the recruitment, induction and ongoing training, development and motivation of staff
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence of contractual and statutory compliance
  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have experience of managing service delivery of Hard and Soft Services with experience of managing and leading a team, including HR issues desirable
  • Previous experience of working in an FM environment
  • Good understanding of SIA Security requirements
  • First class customer care skills with proven ability to consistently go the extra mile
  • Must have experience of managing site compliance
  • IT Literate, knowledge of using Maximo or similar CAFM system essential
  • Ideally, will hold a relevant qualification e.g. WIFM/BIFM or similar; QHSE Qualifications i.e. IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
