Requirements
Great communication skills and build rapport with internal depts and management.
Ability to use various computer programmes - EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK essential.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Previous experience dealing with administration within an Automotive environment
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for administration function within vehicle preparation facility and ensure that all work is processed in a timely manner.
o First point of contact for queries from the team, Managers and Departments connected to the Workshop Facility. o Control all aspects of the administration for a busy Automotive Workshop.
Manage all tasks in a timely manner - the ability to prioritise tasks is essential.
Providing general administrative support to the Logistics and Operations team.
o Be company focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with all departments and team members o Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a busy environment.
