Workshop Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled Workshop Machine Operator to join our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running a hot foil stamping

press, ensuring high-quality output and e icient production.

Key Responsibilities

? Set up and operate hot foil stamping machinery.

? Interpret job specifications and production schedules accurately.

? Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

? Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.

? Handle and prepare materials safely and e iciently.

? Collaborate with other team members to complete projects successfully.

? Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

? Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills & Requirements

? Previous experience operating printing, stamping, or similar machinery (preferred but

not essential).

? Arts and crafts background preferred.

? Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.

? Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

? Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

? Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.

? Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.

Hours & Location

? Part-time or full-time hours available (20-30 hours per week).

? Based in Ystrad Mynach
