Job Title: Youth Worker



Place of Work: Hailsham and Hellingly



Salary: SCP 5-7(24,786 - 25,411 pro rata for part-time hours)



Hours: We have the following shifts available (shift patterns will be negotiated with successful candidates):


Monday: 5.45pm - 9pm Wednesday: 6pm - 9.15pm Thursday: 6pm - 8.45pm Friday: 3pm - 5.30pm and/or 2.5 hours between 5.30pm - 9pm

Closing Date: 4pm on Friday 10th October 2025

The Role

As a Youth Worker, you will work closely with young people aged 10 - 21 to deliver a range of activities and interventions that promote personal development, positive mental health, and social skills. You'll have the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with young people, encouraging them to engage in activities, make informed choices, and achieve their goals.
