We're seeking a

Purchase Ledger Clerk

to join our friendly and supportive team in Petersfield.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger who enjoys working in a structured and organised environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities




Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and promptly Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies Manage supplier queries in a professional and efficient manner Assist with month-end reporting and accruals Maintain accurate supplier records within the accounting system

About You




Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident using accounting software (such as Xero, or similar) and Excel Strong communication and organisational skills A team player who can also work independently AAT qualification (or working towards) would be beneficial but not essential
