SAP ASSESSORS (OCDEA)

Based from home

Basic 35000 to 40000 plus a profit share bonus and flexible hours.

Our client is an award winning consultancy firm within Energy and Sustainability for the construction industry. One of the specialist services they deliver is residential energy assessments using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP).



Due to their continued growth which has seen their company double in the last few years they are looking to recruit self-motivated energy assessors to produce energy assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for large national developers using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) methodology.



This is a home-based role and no site visits are required as part of the New-Build SAP/EPC process. You are welcome to go to the office if you wish but this is completely your choice.



You will need to have your OCDEA qualification and be used to producing SAP 10 on a daily basis. Our client operates flexible working to ensure you have a great work life balance. For those who wish to work standard hours they work 9am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 4pm on a Friday.



They like to encourage team days twice a year and this has involved raft building, segway Olympics and pig racing to name a few events, this helps bring the team together in a relaxed environment to build working relationships when the team is working across the UK.
