Job Description

Duties:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all players
- Explain game rules, objectives, and safety guidelines to players
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or clues when necessary
- Reset game rooms and props after each session with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
- Handle cash transactions and manage reservations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of games
- Upsell and promote products and games with enthusiasm
- Booking in customers and handling telephone queries with confidence

Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Have a genuine interest in escape rooms and has experience playing them
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work Wed, Thurs, Fri evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to talk to large & small groups with enthusiasm

- Our Game Maser role is a long term position that would suit a first year university student
- Our Game Master roles are customer focused roles, please only apply if you are confident at talking to large groups of people

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime
