Account Manager / Client Manager (experiential & Promotional Campaigns)

We're one of the UK's leading promotional & experiential staffing agencies (est. 2006). We deliver smart, measurable real-world campaigns--product sampling, pop-ups, roadshows, exhibitions and data capture--across FMCG, tech, finance, wellness and lifestyle. We're also expanding

What you'll do



Own inbound enquiries (phone-first):

call prospects quickly, qualify needs, book discovery calls and convert to proposals.

Scope & propose:

write clear, tailored proposals with budgets, timelines, staffing models and KPIs;

negotiate contracts

and close.

Be the day-to-day POC:

liaise between

client, staffing and HQ

, handle queries/issues, keep feedback flowing.

Design & deliver campaigns:

oversee logistics, permits and H&S; brief crews; ensure on-site quality (some evening/weekend work during activations).

Liveforce & CRM hygiene:

regularly update

Liveforce

(jobs, rosters, comms) and maintain a clean pipeline/forecast.

Recruit & brief staff:

advertise roles, screen candidates, deliver sharp briefings and

staff

campaigns effectively.

Spot new trends:

bring fresh

on-street & experiential

ideas to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

Report & grow:

produce post-campaign reports; identify upsell opportunities (welcome packs, pop-ups, tours, sponsorships).

What you'll bring



Confident on the phone

with strong written and verbal communication. Experience in a

client/relationship or project

role (agency/events/sales ops ideal).

Negotiation & influencing

skills; sound commercial judgement. Organised, proactive,

self-sufficient

and calm under pressure.

Attention to detail

and a genuine drive to make things happen. Nice-to-haves: Liveforce/CRM fluency, spreadsheets, basic ads/copy skills.

Hours:

once training is complete,

in-office daily

flexible start

7:30-10:00 and

finish

16:30-19:00 (Mon-Fri).
