Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing VAT Returns, Accounts and Tax preparation. Also building relationships with the clients.
Duties
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards. Complete VAT Returns on various accounting software Completing tax returns for companies and individuals Meeting with clients to discuss the accounts and tax returns Oversee submission deadlines for Corporation and Self Assessment Taxes Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Assisting Junior members of staff as required
Skills
Experience using various accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. Minimum of 2-5 years practice accountancy experience Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Qualifications Required (Part Qualified / Qualified):
AAT qualification
Based in Scunthorpe. Salary will be dependent on the level of experience of the candidate. Possible Travel to Other Offices.
Part Time or Full Time Applicants will be considered.

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
