We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Executive Assistant with strong accounting, administrative, and project management capabilities to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Directors on strategic initiatives while also taking ownership of key operational and financial tasks.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to independently drive projects to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a real impact, we want to hear from you.

You will be part of a team based at our Worthing, West Sussex Head Office and will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities



Project Management



Lead and execute ad hoc financial, accounting, and administrative projects from start to delivery. Develop timelines, monitor and report progress, and manage internal and external resources. Liaise with external advisers when required to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Stay informed on financial and accounting regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.

Executive & Accounting Support



Assist with financial tasks including resolving payment issues and managing legal escalations if necessary. Handle daily receivables, banking reports, and maintain up-to-date payment records. Use credit management software to monitor accounts and resolve discrepancies. Prepare month-end reports and documentation for the company accountant. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process improvements. Provide high-level administrative support and maintain strict confidentiality. Support HR functions as and when needed including recruitment and onboarding processes.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus but not essential.
