Responsible for progressing completion files to archiving.
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
1. Notify all parties on completion and send out relevant paperwork.
2. Process stamp duty and notice fees.
3. Answering all calls promptly in a professional manner
4. Deal with clients' queries, other sides, lenders and referrers by email, phone, letter and also face to face
5. Action, progress and update their task list daily
6. Chasing for payments.
7. Archive the file.
8. Comply with service standards, GDPR and AML requirements.
