Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, vendor payments, payroll processing, and financial record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Duties



Prepare and issue invoices to clients and track payments Maintain detailed records of invoices for materials and services Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Prepare and process monthly staff salaries while maintaining payroll records Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Maintain accurate financial documentation and support management in financial reporting Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Skills



Proficiency in financial management and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes Ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports Strong communication and coordination skills to work with vendors and internal teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 22/08/2025
