LCP Private Office is a specialist fund and asset manager, assisting a world-wide client base to invest in Residential Property in Prime Central London. We act for individual clients, family offices and institutions. We represent investors' interests with the objective of maximising their returns in this specialist sector. LCP undertakes property identification and acquisition of the best real estate opportunities, followed up by refurbishing and furnishing for rental or end use. Thereafter we let, manage and maintain the property portfolio.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
Manage the sale and purchase ledgers on Xero.
Monitor and chase outstanding rents.
Manage supplier ledgers and statements.
Process weekly supplier and office payment runs via BACS.
Compile list of landlord statements and process on a weekly basis.
Daily reconciliation of bank statements.
Monthly credit card statement reconciliation and allocation to appropriate cost centres.
Liaise with various departments to support financial decisions.
Prepare income and expenditure reports for clients.
Deal with and answer client queries.
Support the Head of Finance on ad hoc projects and additional reports e.g. office running costs, bills, cars, parking, etc.
Liaise with utility companies and manage any queries.
Take on broader finance responsibilities as the company scales.
Relevant degree and accounting experience.
Looking to complete ACCA qualification or be a part-qualified accountant.
Highly literate on all Microsoft packages.
Property accounting experience advantageous.
Experience with Xero accounting software or Qube MRI advantageous.

Abilities to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Strong team player and self-starter.
