We genuinely care about our staff and are now looking for an experienced and detail-driven Accounts Manager to join our close-knit team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Manager to take full responsibility for the financial administration of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position and enjoys working in a small business environment where they can really make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable Make and receive payments, and maintain accurate transaction records Chase outstanding debts and communicate with debtors professionally Conduct regular bank reconciliations Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner Generate financial reports as required by the management team Assist with general administrative duties to support the day-to-day running of the business Work closely with management and external accountants when needed

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar accounts/finance role

Xero accounting software experience is essential

Strong IT skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and spreadsheets Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently Friendly, trustworthy, and professional manner Previous experience in the accident repair or automotive sector is desirable but not essential

Working Hours & Salary:

Flexible working hours: Full-time or part-time available Part-time option: 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week We are open to discussion on salary depending on experience and hours worked
