We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives on challenges, is adaptable, and excels both independently and as part of a team. It is vital that all accounting tasks are accurate and completed on time.
Primary Responsibilities
:
Day-to-day bookkeeping activities
Manage the accounts department.
Preparing financial reports and financial statements.
Banking account reconciliations, of up to 10 bank accounts
Working with other departments to resolve invoicing queries,
Processing expenses and BACS payments,
Managing VAT returns,
Year End Accounts
Maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
Key Attributes:
Knowledge and recent experience with Sage
Knowledge of CFP - (property management software) is beneficial.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of RICS regulations is beneficial
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills Required:
Someone who is Qualified with AAT, or Part Qualified or Qualified by experience.
Experience of using Sage or similar accounting software with a good level of excel knowledge.
Previous experience of working in the property sector is beneficial with knowledge of RICS and HMRC regulations.
Someone who is driven and passionate about accounts.
