Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services. Prepare and present financial reports using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage. Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with informed advice.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the finance or accounting sector. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage is essential. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
