Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm office based.

Key Responsibilities
This role will play a key role with a variety of finance related tasks, keeping each day exciting and dynamic:
Daily processing and management of purchase and sales ledgers
Reconciling bank transactions
Set up and management of property specific finances
Daily and monthly financial reporting
Processing expense claims
Processing monthly payroll
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
Working closely with wider team
Ad hoc duties and administration as required

25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Book Keeper or relevant Accountancy role, brilliant if you have property sector experience.
You will have experience of running a small payroll and preparation of quarterly VAT returns
You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
A passion for delivering quick and efficient results.
Experience using MS office, comfortable around technology and the ability to learn new software.
Have
excellent attention to detail
as well as fantastic written and verbal communication skills
