Job Description

Duties

Manage the financial transactions and records of the company, such as invoices, receipts, payments, taxes, etc.

Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.

Responsible for auditing, book keeping and resolve the financial queries.

Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company's management and stockholders

Monitoring the pending/new invoices of the client, explaining costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary for recovery

Provide financial advice and guidance to the management and staff of the company

Support the business in driving financial controls and processes;

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure effective financial controls are in place.

Support the development of pricing strategies by analysing cost structures and market conditions.

Assist with investment appraisals for new equipment, production lines, or expansion opportunities.

Continuously improve financial processes and systems to support efficient and scalable operations within the bakery environment.

Qualification and skills

Min Bachelor in Management/finance/Commerce required

Experience working in business accounting and finance

Must have a knowledge of Microsoft excel and formulas

Ability to learn quickly, makes an immediate impact, and provides value-added service

Is flexible and shows adaptability

An independent self-starter with the ability to get things done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 41,000.00-42,000.00 per year
