to join our team at our Shotton office. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) where you will take ownership of all finance-related matters, ensuring the smooth running of our accounting function.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments
Ensuring all works are invoiced promptly and correctly
Monitoring outstanding payments and liaising with clients where necessary
Managing
Overseeing all company finance processes, compliance, and reporting
Working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Manager to coordinate project finances
Providing finance-related training and guidance to internal staff where required
Supporting the management team with financial planning and ensuring statutory compliance
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office
Proficiency in
Xero
accounting software (essential)
Familiarity with
TEAMS asbestos surveying and compliance software
(preferable, training can be provided)
Experience in
construction or consultancy services
is highly beneficial
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confidence in liaising with HMRC and handling payroll submissions
