Job Description

Thameswood Vets is a busy family-owned veterinary practice based in Swindon.

We are looking for a new ICB/AAT Level 3 self-employed bookkeeper based at our

Purton Road head office to start asap (12-15 hours per week)

The role includes:

? Maintenance of accounting records using Xero and Hubdoc

? Processing supplier invoices and making payments according to agreed terms

? Monthly payroll using Brightpay payroll software including dealing with HMRC,

auto-enrolment, holiday records, statutory payments etc

? VAT returns

? Reporting

You will be ICB/AAT Level 3 qualified with 5 years + experience as a bookkeeper and

will be accurate, reliable & adaptable with good communication skills and a positive

approach.

It is essential that you are a confident and experienced user of Xero (3 years +)

ideally with experience of Hubdoc or similar. We require at least 3 years payroll

experience.
