About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, personable, and highly organised

As the friendly face and first point of contact for our Community Hub, your excellent organisational and communication skills will make all the difference to the people we support, their families, and our colleagues.
In this busy and varied role, you will:

Manage and maintain internal systems, databases, and records
Liaise confidently with staff across departments, as well as with families and carers
About You
You're a natural organiser with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail. Your people skills are just as strong as your admin abilities -- you communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and bring a warm and respectful presence to every interaction.

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
Friendly, compassionate, and professional when handling sensitive situations
