About the role



We're looking for a hands-on Administrator & Marketing Assistant who keeps a busy office running smoothly while bringing properties to life through great marketing. If you're organised, people-focused and happy switching between phones, paperwork and creative tasks, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do



Working Hours



Monday-Friday 9:00-15:00, every other Saturday 9:00-13:00

Administration



Be the first point of contact for calls, emails and walk-ins, delivering a professional, friendly service Keep client records, property files and the CRM accurate and up to date Book and confirm viewings, valuations and inspections, managing team diaries Prepare property particulars, memorandums of sale and other documentation Liaise with solicitors, surveyors and contractors to keep sale progression on track Handle post, filing, archiving and general office tasks to keep the branch running smoothly

Marketing



Meet vendors at their homes to gather details and assets Measure rooms to produce digital floorplans Create and publish listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and our website via the CRM Write clear, engaging property descriptions; select, upload and arrange photos to present homes at their best Produce brochures, window cards and social media graphics using templates and simple design tools Plan and post content across social channels, responding to reviews, comments and messages Track basic performance stats (listing views, ad reach) and share quick insights with the team Coordinate with photographers, videographers and other providers when needed

What you'll need



Previous experience in an estate agency or property environment preferred Strong admin and organisational skills with great attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional phone manner and good written English Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems; CRM experience helpful Able to manage your time, handle deadlines and stay calm when it's busy Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required Positive, proactive, team-first attitude
