Job Summary
JPL has an opening for office based, detail orientated Administrator to support our team in various administration aspects. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess good communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional administrative support across JPL Group's companies. JPL is excited to renew this key position for our new direction and company focus as you work with a small and friendly UK & international team.
Key Responsibilities:
This is an all encompassing role, which has visibility of the full sales cycle supporting the sales team
o Communication, be a first point of contact for the general office phone and email inbox to action, forward or file as appropriate.
o Administration Management: including Sales Order Processing, Invoicing, Customer Statements and Accounts Receivable.
o Logistics and Stock Management: Maintaining stock levels which includes inputting, managing and monitoring Purchase Orders and coordinating with suppliers for scheduled deliveries.
o Accounts Payable
o Customer account management: This role involves both liaising with external customers and processing internal orders within the JPL Group.
o Maintain records to ISO 9001 standard.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
5 GCSE's (equivalent of grades 7 to 9 in Maths and English),
A-Level or above in a Mathematics or Business qualification is preferred.
Ideally 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
