Manager to join our Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA)
division. In this pivotal role, you will manage a dedicated team to ensure timely and
effective handling of admissions enquiries and communications across multiple
channels, supporting applicants from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
What you would be doing
---------------------------
As Admissions Enquiries and Communications Manager, you will:
Lead and develop the Admissions Enquiries and Communications team,
ensuring outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Oversee enquiry management processes and case handling, providing expert
advice on admissions matters. Design and implement improvements to enquiry management systems
(including Imperial 360 CRM) in collaboration with ICT colleagues. Coordinate and deliver admissions communications throughout the applicant
journey, ensuring clarity and consistency. Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying opportunities for
enhancements.
What we are looking for
---------------------------
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad experience in customer service and enquiry management across multiple channels.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems; knowledge of UK admissions processes desirable.
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and think strategically.

recently moved to our state-of-the-art offices in White City Media Works, which is the
heart of the new campus being built in the area.
The department operates hybrid working, between this campus and the main South Kensington campus.
