The Role:



Supports the marketing, external relationships, operations and administration for the B2B Partnership Manager covering a varied range of trading and commercial activity across various marketing channels including Affiliate relationships., B2B Gift Card and all Direct Partnerships including Blue Light and Student. Supporting on the implementation and execution of all new marketing initiatives.



This role plays an important part in providing tactical support for the B2B partnerships manager who manages over 100 external partnerships.

What you'll be doing:



Support the execution of New Look's day-to-day and long-term affiliate and partnership strategies, including influencer campaigns, with a focus on driving traffic and revenue. Manage end-to-end campaign activity: from partner relationships and creative briefing to performance reporting and post-campaign analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns, optimised for both online and in-store performance. Take ownership of weekly sales reporting and analysis across Affiliates, Partnerships, and B2B Gift Card channels, using data to inform strategic decisions. Oversee administration and operations, including purchase orders, invoice processing (SAP), and ensuring timely campaign validations and partner payments. Assist with budget tracking and forecasting, helping maintain an accurate view of channel performance and spend. Ensure all activity complies with brand, legal, and ASA guidelines, maintaining a clear audit trail of marketing communications. Stay up to date with industry trends and internal developments to proactively identify growth opportunities across affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels.

Knowledge and Experience

Understanding of fashion/retail landscape Experience managing third party agencies and networks Understands the affiliate space from a retail, supplier or client-side perspective. Enthusiasm for retail marketing and a keen willingness to learn

Minimum level of education or qualifications

A-level or equivalent CIM or Marketing qualification preferred
