About the Role

This is an

entry-level apprenticeship role

, ideally suited to a

school or college leaver

looking to start a career in business, sales, and customer operations.

You'll join a

small, established team of around 20 people

, where you'll be supported day to day and trained properly, not thrown in at the deep end. The role offers genuine hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, helping you build real-world skills alongside experienced colleagues.

We also employ

multiple apprentices across different roles

, creating a supportive environment where learning is part of the culture. You won't be the only apprentice, and you'll be part of a team that understands how to train, support, and develop people at the start of their careers.

We are a

sports and outdoor retailer

, so this role will best suit someone who is

keen, curious, and has a general interest in outdoor or active lifestyles

.

You do not need to ride a bike or have specialist product knowledge

, but an appreciation for outdoor activities and a willingness to learn about what our customers care about is important.

What You'll Learn & Support

With training and guidance, you'll gain experience across:

Website administration and online order processing Sales support and customer order management Rider and customer support, online and in-store General administration and data entry Booking shipments and tracking deliveries Billing customers and handling documentation Managing the full customer journey and keeping customers updated Answering phone calls and handling emails professionally Showroom support and customer interaction Stock checks and basic inventory control Supporting the wider team when needed

Responsibilities will build gradually as your confidence, skills, and competence grow.

Training & Qualifications

Enrolment on a

Level 2 or Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship

Structured on-the-job training Ongoing support from experienced team members Learning alongside other apprentices in the business Opportunity to develop long-term career skills within the business
