Job Specification:
In this role, you will bring energy to our business while working with one of the most talented and creative teams of people in our industry. Your input will be central to all operations, and so this opportunity is about us finding the 'right personality' - as well as finding the required skills and experience.
In particular, we are looking for a personable character; somebody who can display formidable communication skills with a polite and intelligent telephone manner. The successful candidate will flourish in a varied and busy working environment. You will be capable of multi-tasking, enjoying a sense of achievement when projects are fulfilled to the highest of standards.
You will have the confidence to work with and support a range of stakeholders including Bisca's senior management team; clients; architects; interior designers; and suppliers alike. Attention to detail is a prerequisite, while being responsive and able to solve problems are also essential aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking care of the customer lifecycle; responding to enquiries by telephone and email; qualifying these to facilitate the sales process
Providing regular project updates with departmental heads and external stakeholders including clients, project partners and suppliers
Preparing sales data and generating monthly reports for analysis and review against company targets and expectations
Compiling written sales documentation including powerpoint presentations, email responses and quotations
Inputting data on our customer database, tracking progress of sales opportunities and proactively managing a customer's experience
Taking care of client after-care, preparing aftercare packs, requesting customer feedback and booking in follow-up calls
A strong proficiency in touch-typing and the use of Microsoft applications would be advantageous
