Job Description
We are Oasis Retail Services operating as Joyland Amusements, a fantastic family entertainment centre located in Newcastle.
We are looking for Seasonal Arcade Staff.
Oasis has been involved in many aspects of the gaming machine industry and its success and growth have been a direct result of a carefully nurtured reputation and a forward-thinking professional approach. From small beginnings, Oasis is now a significant operation with the main emphasis of its business development being in Northern Ireland and employing circa 140 people.
Our gaming centres are all fitted out and maintained to the highest standards to provide our customers with the environment they deserve.
We provide a mixture of the most popular and modern gaming machines available in Northern Ireland, and constantly invest in new equipment to ensure customers are provided with an excellent selection of machines.
Duties and Responsibilities
In this customer service role, you will ensure high levels of housekeeping and presentation throughout the location. Ensure you are neat and correctly always wearing company uniform. Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to. Be aware of the security of Company property, reporting anything suspicious immediately. Communicate with customers and other staff effectively. Report any machine faults and errors immediately. Any other duties as required. Weekend and public holiday cover required. Working hours - as required to be discussed This is a temporary seasonal role
