As an Arcade Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the arcade environment, assisting guests with games, and ensuring the smooth operation of all arcade activities.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
Manage the operation of arcade games and ensure they are fully stocked with toys.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the arcade area, including tidying up game stations and common areas.
Handle cash transactions for game credits and prizes efficiently and accurately.
Monitor guest behaviour to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Promote special events or promotions within the arcade to enhance guest engagement.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries or technical issues with games promptly.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm for working in a team, and a willingness to learn about new games and technologies.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
