We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests while managing the arcade's various gaming machines and activities. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for providing excellent guest services.
Duties
Greet and assist guests as they enter the arcade, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the operation of arcade games, ensuring they are functioning properly and are well-maintained Ad fully stock with toys.
Monitor the arcade area to maintain cleanliness and organisation, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including ticket redemption and game credits.
Collaborate with team members to create engaging events or promotions that enhance guest experience.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by being attentive to guest needs and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
Skills
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee operations effectively.
Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest services.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests of all ages.
Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment for guests.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
