We are looking for a reliable, friendly, customer service driven Branch Manager to operate our newest addition to the High Score estate.
At High Score we are 'Powered by Fun' and are on the lookout for those who are ready to bring their 'A' game. Our team have fun at work by creating fun for our customers and we want every customer to have an amazing experience to ensure they come back. We work hard but we play hard too!
On a standard week there is 16-26hrs available Friday-Sunday we are looking for someone who is available to work between 9:30am-8:30pm. In half term we are open 7 days a week with more hours available. It is essential to be available to work Weekends, Bank holidays and school holidays as these are our busiest times.
The Role of the Branch Manager is:
Champion exceptional Customer service- taking an invested interest in customer feedback and encouraging the team to do the same
Maintain and improve all unit standards, ensuring profitability, sales growth and other agreed targets
Managing customer complaints and escalating to the Head of Operations when required
Effectively manage the rotas to ensure all shifts are covered and labour is controlled
Develop, and coach supervisors and team members in your branch
Ensure regular, effective and appropriate communication to all supervisors
To manage effective cleanliness routines in branch and ensure the unit is always clean and tidy
Follow weekly and monthly fire safety processes for your branch
Remain Calm under pressure
Confident, driven and enthusiastic
Good decision making and problem-solving skills
Understanding and acceptance that the role will require work to include evenings and weekends
Assist customers with enquiries and make and adjust bookings when required
Recruitment in some instances independently
Leadership skills - ability to develop others
Help maintain the machines and ensure the team are deployed in such a way that will protect them from misuse- anything that cannot be rectified to be logged/escalated
Share best practices with peers
Passionate about our brand and the store environment working with the Head of Operations to create a positive work culture
