We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Architectural Technologist

to join our growing team at our Glasgow studio.

Role Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist with a strong technical background to take a key role in the development of construction drawings, detailed execution plans, and technical documentation. You will be working on a mix of prestigious international villas and large-scale residential developments within the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, has excellent knowledge of construction methods, and enjoys working collaboratively within a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities



Produce accurate and comprehensive

technical drawings

, including 2D layout plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings using ArchiCAD and Revit Prepare full

construction and execution packages

for high-end residential projects. Translate design intent into fully coordinated technical documentation. Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with building regulations. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the coordination of design and technical information across disciplines. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality output within tight project deadlines. Maintain documentation and drawing standards in line with project and office protocols.

What We're Looking For



Minimum

5 years of professional experience

in architectural practice, ideally with exposure to high-end or large-scale residential projects. Strong proficiency in

ArchiCAD

is essential. Deep understanding of construction techniques, and detailing standards. Demonstrated ability to produce

execution-level technical documentation

. Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and proactive approach. Strong organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary, international team.
